Customers can order when and wherever they may prefer through our website, www.rollrollroll.com. However, the only available pick-up time is from 9:00am – 11:30pm.
Payments made with credit cards cannot be refunded with cash.
If a customer requests a refund – the refund will be issued accordingly. If an order is placed and the customer wishes to cancel it for any reason, a request for refund must be received by the restaurant before the food is prepared. For catering instances, a request for refund must be received 4 hours prior to the pick-up time. All order cancellations can only be made through phone calls.
Under no circumstances can the order be cancelled, refunded, or provided with store-credit after the food is prepared.
If the food is not prepared by the predetermined time, a full refund can be requested. If there is a problem with the order and customers were not able to pick-up all requested orders at our fault, we will prepare the order again. If this problem recurs, the customer may choose to be provided with store-credit.
If the order is wrong, the customers may bring the food back to the restaurant in its given form as we will prepare the correct order. If the order is partially wrong, the customer may choose to receive store credit or request the order again.
